Contemplation
Enchantment. Wisdom.
We live our lives through the interpretive lens of stories. These stories are useful precisely because they simplify—they take the overwhelming complexity of life and shrink it into something we can grasp. The stories we create and nest ourselves in powerfully shape our ongoing experience. The meaning our stories convey will either bring turbulence, isolation, and shame, or foster an ongoing experience of rest, belonging, and wholeness.
Through the ancient spiritual practice of contemplation, we learn to (re)imagine and (re)write the stories through which we inhabit the world, understand others, ourselves, and even the Divine.
