Dialogue
Belonging. Recognition.
We, as humans, are communal beings. We thrive when we know, both intellectually and existentially, that we belong. Any sense of genuine belonging emerges through the felt perception of recognition, which only occurs to the degree that we learn to both open ourselves to others and embrace them.
The ancient spiritual practice of intentional and honest dialogue is a path through which we cultivate our innate capacity for connection.
We are created to be known and loved and to reciprocate this with both the Divine and others.
